Stephanie Chahley
Stephanie began her work in the field of performance improvement at the University of Lethbridge, managing technical support, web site design and training professors on new ways to integrate technology into their classrooms.
With a background in visual design, and a passion for process improvement, Stephanie quickly rose through the ranks at BMO's Institute for Learning, working as a training developer, designer and project team leader. There, Stephanie played key roles on a number of award winning training projects, including one of the first fully automated online learning solutions ever deployed by a fortune 500 company.
For the past ten years, Stephanie has expanded her experience both within the financial sector and in other industries developing performance improvement solutions for manufacturing, telecommunications, and university and college administration. Stephanie's focus and interest has always been at the point where people and technology collide, facilitating the development of training solutions that make for smooth and profitable changeovers from one technology to another.
Another of Stephanie's passions is helping children and school communities. Stephanie has been Chairperson of a number of school parent councils and has volunteered in classrooms as a supervisor and program presenter. As the kind of leader who rolls up her sleeves and digs in, Stephanie has found working for change in schools to be extremely rewarding.
