Charles Young

Charles enjoys making work easier for everybody. He is “the sharpest knife in the drawer”, and has a long track record of improving processes, inventing job aids, and helping every employee whose work he’s touched. He builds deliverables with precision and implements them with conviction.

An outstanding project manager, Charles leads by example, and manages to keep all members of the team engaged and productive. He is deeply involved in the community, with such organizations as The Caring Alliance that serves the homeless and those at risk.

Charles sees the big picture very quickly, no matter how complex the project. While waiting for others to catch up, he hides his impatience masterfully. Although he studied engineering sciences at Dartmouth College, he chose to specialize in behavioural psychology—thereby turning his analysis and synthesis talents to the world of human performance.
