Alan Calvo
As someone who enjoys solving problems, it should come as no surprise that Alan is drawn to manufacturing environments, a field where problem-solvers can be found in abundance.
Alan has little patience for excess theorizing. Instead, he possesses a penetrating capability to:
- Understand how complex environments work,
- Grasp both the technical and human aspects of workflow,
- Develop new work processes and approaches that improve performance, and
- Design simple and effective ways to share his understanding with others.
As a performance consultant who believes in the importance of getting results, Alan gets results for clients while modeling the kinds of behaviors that employers truly value.
Alan’s interest in sport and community sees him actively involved in tennis, sailing, paddling, community historical initiatives and he does charitable work for the Asberger’s Society of Ontario and for Dramaway, a community theatre group.
